BOS-COS Sevilla
Design-led apartments in the heart of Seville
Behind an unassuming 19th-century wooden door in the historic heart of Seville, BOS-COS Sevilla reveals itself as a quiet counterpoint to the city’s intensity. This is not a hotel designed for rushing through highlights, but a place made for inhabiting Seville at a slower, more intimate pace. Rooted in the owners’ belief that travel should feel like home rather than performance, BOS-COS Sevilla invites guests to pause, breathe, and experience the city from within, with privacy, calm, and architectural honesty as guiding principles.

Overview
BOS-COS Sevilla is set inside a traditional Andalusian house organized around a central patio, a classic architectural typology that has shaped life in the city for centuries. Located just steps from San Juan de la Palma and Palacio de Dueñas, the house sits in one of Seville’s most characterful quarters, close to cultural landmarks yet removed from the city’s loudest rhythms. From the outside, it remains discreet. Inside, it opens into a world of light, proportion, and carefully considered calm.
The building has been fully refurbished with deep respect for its origins. Traditional materials, colors, and spatial proportions were preserved wherever possible, while contemporary elements were introduced with intention and transparency. Rather than hiding modern interventions, BOS-COS chose to keep them honest and visible, allowing old and new to coexist without imitation. The result is an architecture that feels grounded, lived-in, and quietly confident.
The house contains four independent apartments, each designed as a private residence rather than a temporary stay. All apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, living areas, and carefully curated interiors that balance warmth with simplicity. The defining element, however, is outdoors: each apartment opens onto its own private terrace, and three of them include a private plunge pool, transforming rooftop and patio spaces into personal retreats above the city.
What sets BOS-COS Sevilla apart is its philosophy of presence. There are no shared lounges, no reception rituals, no imposed schedules. Guests are encouraged to move at their own rhythm, whether that means long breakfasts at home, afternoon swims between city walks, or evenings spent entirely on the terrace. It is a place designed not to impress, but to support a way of living that feels natural, unforced, and deeply connected to Seville.

Tips & Recommendations
01 / 05
Nearest Airport
Seville Airport (SVQ) is the closest. From there, a taxi transfer into the historic center is straightforward. If you are arriving by train, Sevilla Santa Justa is the main station and is also an easy transfer.
02 / 05
Getting There
Because BOS-COS Sevilla sits in the old town, the last stretch can involve narrow streets and limited car access depending on the exact approach. The simplest arrival is taxi or transfer to the nearest accessible drop-off point, then a short walk to the property.
03 / 05
Best Time to Visit
March to May and September to November are the most comfortable months for walking Seville and living outdoors on terraces. Summer can be intense, but BOS-COS works well in hot weather if you embrace Seville’s rhythm: early mornings, long midday breaks, and late evenings.
04 / 05
What to Bring
Pack excellent walking shoes (Seville is best on foot), light breathable clothing, and swimwear for the private terrace pools. A light layer is useful in cooler months when evenings drop. If you plan to cook, consider bringing a few favorite pantry staples, though markets are abundant.
05 / 05
Planning Your Stay
This is a self-contained stay with the freedom of an apartment. Plan at least one slow day with no agenda: breakfast at home, a few hours exploring on foot, then returning for a terrace reset before dinner. If you want to see major sights, book timed entries in advance during peak seasons, and keep afternoons intentionally open.
