More than a resort, it is a deeply personal retreat shaped by warmth, nature, and the art of slowing down.

Overview

LaPosch began in 2008 as a heartfelt vision by Amelie and Dominik Posch. What started with a single chalet evolved into a carefully curated village of sixteen unique homes. The concept was never about scale or speed, but about redefining luxury through authenticity, intimacy, and connection to the land.

Each chalet is a private sanctuary. Built with local wood and natural stone, they blend traditional Tyrolean craftsmanship with modern alpine design. Categories range from cozy romantic chalets to expansive LakeSide-Villas with direct access to the crystal lake, and Poolvillas featuring private heated infinity pools. Across all types, wellness is integrated directly into the architecture: private saunas, whirlpools, fireplaces, and panoramic mountain views.

Inspiration for the Lakeside-Villas was born during travels through Namibia and Patagonia, where the founders were captivated by the idea of living close to water. That experience shaped the addition of chalets positioned along a natural swimming lake, combining contemporary lines with nostalgic alpine details such as vintage light switches and handcrafted elements. The result is a balance between modern clarity and emotional warmth.

Service at LaPosch elevates the experience further. Breakfast baskets are delivered to your chalet door, regional delicacies can be pre-stocked before arrival, and concierge services arrange everything from massages to private dining. At the on-site restaurant “Das Walters,” awarded two Gault&Millau toques, guests can enjoy refined Tyrolean cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
